The PrintNow CMS editor is available at the page level, category level and product level for quick and easy access to all content.
	Control access to System Dictate which members of your team can view various parts of your admin tools. If you don’t want someone to see a particular section, simply deny them access to help protect your most confidential information. There is actually 12 user roles you can define for each licensed Storefront in the system.
	Email templates triggers There are 8 email types that can be configured for various trigger points throughout the sign-up and ordering process. The Admin user can configure both text or HTML emails with simple macros to pull data from PrintNow and display it in the email correctly.
	Manage multiple Storefronts With PrintNow, you can quickly deploy multiple Storefronts and independently access and configure each one to be truly unique. All Storefront specific options are accessible through various tabs like company, user roles, user groups, sync & integrations, shipping rate rules, order status, email templates, vendor selection, tracking options and content management controls on all levels.
	Order management Provides quick access to all orders placed within any licensed Storefront in your system. Maintains order history details for internal notes or customer and vendor notifications and allows custom tracking information by departmental status. Administrators can modify documents and approvals prior to downloading print ready documents. Integration into 3rd party systems is supported with Standard XML integration or custom integration services.
	Pricing options The front end instant price calculator, discounts and checkout options displayed in your Storefront are all controlled through pricing tables in the PrintNow Admin Tools. Easily set up all base price and order options anytime and anywhere and start selling today.
	Reporting and exporting Make better business decisions with real-time performance data. Our robust reporting capabilities provide tons of insight viewing and exporting of the following reports: sales report, representative report, order report, tax report, promotional code report, promotional order report, login report, saved projects, customer lists and shipping reports. Users can export report as PDF, XLS, DOC or CSV format.
	Template administrator The template administration workflow in PrintNow is fast, dependable and truly unique. Products can be created manually using the Online Editor in Admin mode or you could using native Adobe InDesign or PDF formats to import your template instantly. The Product manager will offer you a unlimited supply of options to support any customized small format or large format template with creative control.
	Theme management Completely customize the layout & appearance of your Storefront by modifying the default .NET master pages, CSS and images stored in your theme. Use a external HTML editor or change skins real-time. You can conceivably have multiple skins for a single store or multiple skins for multiple stores.
	Unlimited products Products displayed on the front end web sites are created and modified anytime and anywhere with these powerful product creation tools. Over one hundred options are configurable at the product level.
	Vendor support If your not a print provider that plans to produce 100% of your products in house yourself then odds are you plan to outsource some or all of your printed products. Vendor support allows 3rd party access to email notifications, print-ready files and order details for fulfillment.
