Customize templates

Personalized print products of all shapes, sizes and complexity can be set up and displayed for online customization in your Storefront. Using a combination of Adobe Creative Suite software and the online PrintNow Template administrator, your products will come alive in the Online Editor.

Data list management

The data list management tool will allow users to upload or purchase a targeted list online used on direct mail enabled products. The LeadsPlease DataWidget lets you quickly embed mailing list research and procurement in your own website. You get the best mailing list prospecting user interface, backed by superior database technology, all integrated in PrintNow. The data is delivered along with the order for back end processing.

FTP account set-up

The FTP account set-up will allow access to the order & theme directories . Cost is $50 per month (per Storefront). Files can be managed in our Admin Tools at no charge .

Instant price calculator

One of the key components to a successful sale is the convenience of viewing product pricing from the beginning. With the Storefront’s price calculator, end users can interact with all pricing options at any point during the purchase process.

Large format support

PrintNow large format support allows you to offer banners, signs, wall graphics, canvas prints & other large format products to your Storefront. When enabled the instant calculator can display custom sizes and the width and height can to be changed dynamically in the main product pages and the Online Editor.

Empower customers to share your products across hundreds of social channels by using our built-in sharing features. It’s a free and easy way to extend your store’s reach across the social web.

Multilingual localization

Every label in the entire Storefront and Online Editor has the ability to be adapted to any language. A simple XML file is available for the Online Editor and all site resource values can be changed in admin tools to drive label changes on the front end.

Multi-page support

One and two sided products are standard in PrintNow but products such as photo books and calendars require multi-page support to lift the two page restriction.

Multi-tenant profiles

Multi-tenant profiles allow a single Storefront to serve multiple businesses with different categories and products. Users groups help to separate what users will see when being required to log-in prior to gaining access to Storefront.

My account section

The "My Account" section allows users to access account details, order history, saved projects, images, approvals and messages for up-to-date information.

Online payment systems

Each Storefront can be set up to support a combination of different payment methods like purchase orders, invoicing or accepting credit cards and checks online. Authorize.NET, USA ePay, CyberSource, Network Merchants, RBS WorldPay and eProcessing Networks are gateways available out of the box. Whether you’re a new business just starting out, or an established business that’s just new to processing, PrintNow can help you get into a program that is right for you!

Online shipping rates

PrintNow is integrated into UPS, Fedex, and USPS for online calculations based on weight and fixed rate support is available based on price. Rate rules allow you to enable and disable individual shipping options. You can also specify that certain shipping options only show up when a customer places an order within a certain price range.

PressWise integration

PrintNow has integrated into PressWise for print service providers interested in true front-to-back production automation. PrintNow orders can be pushed to PressWise for back-end order processing. PressWise workflow enforces best practices, enabling workers to "manage by exception" rather than requiring them to "touch" each job multiple times before it’s completed.

Product search

The product search feature in PrintNow will process any key word or key phase submitted in the system and search all categories, products and tags to find relevant matches.

Product tags

Product tags can be listed on the online product pages to sort products by key tags i.e. "Browse by Industry". In addition to internal site filtering, each tag becomes it’s own page in PrintNow that expands your SEO abilities.

Request custom design

Your customers may have unique projects that require professionally design services. The custom design workflow, when enabled, allows an end user to order a product with custom design services attached at a price. Users provide a project name, choose options and upload files. When the custom design is completed, the admin can push the product back for customer approval.

Search engine optimization

Attract new customers with PrintNow’s Search Engine Friendly (SEF) URL structure and SEO tools. Built from the ground up to support SEO, PrintNow generates SEF URL’s, at the page, category, product and key word tag level. Gain further control by using PrintNow’s URL rewrite tool to specify the exact structure of specific product pages and take control over the Meta information using PrintNow’s intuitive administration interface.

Secure virtual hosting (SSL)

An SSL certificate keeps you and your customers safe by protecting the information that’s flowing to and from your website. The SSL certificate encrypts names, addresses, passwords, account information and credit card numbers so hackers and other online criminals can’t read them. Allows Storefront to be hosted securely at https://you.yourcompany.com or another domain of your choice. $250/year/domain/

Shopping cart checkout

The checkout process in PrintNow has been refined to guide your shoppers through the buying process with ease. This effective tool is proven to greatly reduce abandoned carts and lost sales by creating a streamlined customer checkout system.

Showcase with Cloud Zoom

The Cloud Zoom is a jQuery plug-in that will give your users the ability to view product thumbnails with clear detail. By hovering over an image, shoppers can view details of any product image.

Skinnable design

Your Storefront and web design can be completely customized by external HTML skin template and style sheets. You can create multiple skins for a single store or for use in other Storefronts. You can design skins in Dreamweaver or modify the .Net Master pages directly.

Sort by menu

The online products page in PrintNow is where products are presented to the user. The sort menu allows products to be sorted by Name A-Z, Name Z-A, Price Low-High, Price High-Low, by Popularity and by newest added. Users also have the ability to change the default amount of products on a page.

Standard XML integration

The standard XML class file provides you all PrintNow order data for 3rd party integration. Custom integration methods are also available through professional services.

Static items

PrintNow provides ample options for offering personalized items in your Storefront. Static items are also supported. A static product will bypass the Online Editor when users click "Add to Cart" and they will then be presented with order options.

Unlimited order options

This useful tool allows customers to interact with available order options, helping them make their ideal purchase. Instant product pricing is interactively displayed prior to being added to the shopping cart. Add unlimited order options and control you pricing down to the item level.

Unlimited product photos

Customers want to view as much as possible before ordering. Simply show off your product at other angles or views — with PrintNow, there’s no limit to the number of product images you can add for each product.

Upload print-ready design

Our job submission tool will direct an end user through the process of uploading a design file and receiving a proof prior to placing an order. Users provide a project name, choose options, and upload files.

Virtual hosting

Allows Storefront to be hosted at http://you.yourcompany.com or another domain of your choice. Cost is $50/setup per domain.
